Life as we know it is more complicated than ever. You are looking for a therapist to help you to identify what is keeping you stuck in patterns that are not serving you. Change is possible. Are you interested in learning new coping and relational skills to improve your work, relationships, and parenting? Are you willing to take a closer look at how your past is impacting your present? How your relationship to the people and places that cause you pain is making an impact? Let’s make these discoveries together.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are wanting to achieve increased insight into themselves and one another. I enjoy working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transition such as parenting, divorce, and grief, help creating healthy boundaries, self-esteem, and confidence with a goal of increasing authenticity and personal empowerment. I truly believe therapy can be a transformative experience for you.

My clinical approach is a collaborative client centered one and draws from both conventional and alternative approaches in a gentle and warm space, connecting clients to their internal strengths and moving from a place of anxiety and fear.

I invite you to contact me for a consultation where you can get some questions answered and learn more about my practice and approach.
