Andy Quintana Vendrell (she/her) is a final-year therapist intern at USC with degrees in Psychology and Theater from UC Berkeley. Specializing in Adult Mental Health and Wellness, she uses a holistic approach and techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to empower clients facing challenges such as anxiety and depression.

Hello, I’m proud of you for taking the first steps towards finding a therapist, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey! My name is Andy Quintana Vendrell (she/her) and I’m a therapist intern in my final year of my Masters of Social Work at USC. I am specializing in Adult Mental Health and Wellness and pursuing an additional certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice. I have a BA in Psychology and a BA in Theater and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley. I also have experience as a Life Coach with specialized work as a Creative Coach, helping my clients unblock their creative process.

I am very passionate about mental health and believe in a holistic model, where our physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual health are all connected and inform one another. Every person is different and has unique goals and obstacles, so I will work with you to find the best approach for our time together. I believe in empowering my clients and checking in along the way to make sure we are working on the right goals with the right techniques for you. I am very open minded and communicative and will do my best to guide you and help you learn the tools to help yourself. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Life Coaching techniques and have experience working with grief and bereavement, anxiety, life and career transitions, depression, PTSD.Looking forward to meeting you!
