My name is Veronica (she/her). My goal is to co-create a safe relationship where you feel seen, heard, & validated in your feelings and lived experiences. I love supporting those who are struggling with mental health challenges inclusive to trauma, anxiety, depression. I also enjoy working with those on their journey of self discovery, navigating life transitions, life stressors, and relationships. I’m here to support you through learning new skills inclusive to more adaptive coping, identifying, exploring, & managing emotions, learning how to better communicate, and setting healthy boundaries that feel good for you.
